How commission rules work across Uber, Bolt, Glovo and Wolt

How fleet operators set platform-specific commission structures for Uber, Bolt, Glovo, Bolt Food and Wolt without mixing payouts.

One fleet, several commission logics

Uber and Bolt driver fleets rarely share the same split as Glovo or Wolt courier fleets. Treating them as one percentage in a spreadsheet is how weekly payouts go wrong.

MasterFlota stores commission as platform-specific rules on the same people, so a mixed fleet can still produce one payment run.

What to configure per platform

Start with the commercial agreement you already have with drivers or couriers, not with the software screen.

  • Base commission or fleet share per platform
  • Whether tips, bonuses and incentives are included or excluded
  • Deductions: rentals, fuel, advances, cash shortages
  • City or company variants if you operate more than one legal entity

Reporting without double counting

Operators need both a combined view (the whole fleet this week) and a platform view (Bolt only, Glovo only). Combined reports should sum people, not duplicate them when they work two apps.

That is the difference between a spreadsheet pivot and fleet management software built for multi-platform work.
